At Park Royal Dentistry our intraoral camera allows us to spot and magnify areas of concern for your smile. These areas can in turn be displayed on a chair-side monitor allowing you to see what we see!

The intraoral camera handpiece is around the size of a large pen and can be maneuvered comfortably around your mouth. The hand-piece contains its own light source, and the camera.

The camera acts in real-time allowing us to show you what we are looking at as a video as well as capturing still images. Its ability to magnify images also allows us to see things that may have been missed by the naked eye.

Together we can review the images, clearly explain our concerns and review your treatment options, making you a true partner in your oral health. We can also print the images for you to take home. The images available through our intraoral camera will help you to guide your oral care with confidence, knowing that the any treatments you select will protect and restore a piece of your smile.
