Dr. David Fortinsky graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio in 1996. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.), he completed a one year general practice residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Cleveland.

Born and raised in Toronto, Dr. Fortinsky decided to return to Canada and receive his Canadian licence to practice dentistry in 1997. As part of a continuing education effort, Dr. Fortinsky has been involved in the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, the Periodontal Associates Study Club and is currently a member of the Toronto Crown and Bridge Study Club.

He is a proud sponsor of local Mississauga hockey and baseball teams and fabricates custom made sport mouth guards for those involved. Dr. Fortinsky and his wife have 4 children.
